The stainless steel containers produced by Wenzhou Senbo Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. are strictly designed, manufactured, tested, and accepted in accordance with GB2880-81 "Technical Conditions for Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels" or GB150-89 "Technical Conditions for Steel Pressure Vessels". Imported materials such as SUA304 or SUS316 are used, and the inner surface is mirror electrolytic polished with a polishing accuracy of Ra0.28 μ. The transition between the container barrel and the upper and lower heads is formed by spinning R-angle, which is flat, smooth, and sanitary dead corners; ensuring that the container is always in a hygienic and sterile state. The outer surface is treated with various surface treatments such as polishing, sandblasting, sanding, or cold rolling with primary color matte, so that the container can display and have high quality in any field.

This series of storage tanks strictly comply with the requirements of Articles 31 and 32 of the GMP General Principles (1998 revised edition) of the "Good Manufacturing Practice for Drugs", and are designed, manufactured, and accepted in accordance with the requirements of "Steel Pressure Vessels" (GB150-1998) and "Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels" (JB/T4735-1997).
1. The interface adopts a universal quick release chuck type, and the inner liner is made of imported 316L or 304. The inner surface is polished with a mirror finish Ra ≤ 0.28 μ m, and the outer surface is polished with a mirror finish, sandblasting or cold-rolled primary color matte finish.
2. There are liquid level gauges (capacitive, corner less, ultrasonic, glass), air breathing ports, thermometers (digital or dial), CIP cleaning ports, sight glasses, explosion-proof lights, SIP sterilization ports, inlet and outlet ports, and manholes at the pipe mouth.
3. The capacity can be designed and manufactured according to customer needs.
4. Randomly provide verification materials. (Material report, certificate of conformity for purchased parts, verification form)
